These are 2-3 year opportunities in the Journeyman (for the single 20 something, college grad), ISC (singles, couples and families, with or without a degree, possessing the skills and experience to effectively serve), and Masters (those meeting the requirements for ISC, who are at least age 50), Read about different opportunities the the Central, Eastern and Southern Africa Region. God can use you!
Qualifications of the ISC Program
- A sense of God’s leadership
- Emotional, physical and spiritual health
- At least 21, no upper age limit
- An active member of a Southern Baptist church for the last two years
- Citizen or permanent resident of the United States
- Singles, couples and families (married for at least one year) may serve
- A limited number of jobs are available for families with pre-teen children
- People with a past divorce may serve—call for more information
- Education and experience that meet the field requirements
- Commitment to evangelism that results in indigenous churches
- A growing Christian faith
- Ability to clear your calendar for a three-day conference in Richmond
