A group of Deaf adults, including Tswana, Zulu, Venda, Pedi and Sotho meet for worship and Bible study in Soweto, yet they only number 16.  Most have come at the invitation of those already attending.  So many Deaf are living and dying without Jesus.  A few Deaf believers are trying to reach out to them. This is not an easy task as many are unemployed and struggling to live the way God desires for them.  Continue praying that God will raise up more believers with passion for Christ and a burden for the Deaf of Johannesburg and South Africa.

DEAF OF SOUTH AFRICA. Deaf believers are learning Bible storying in their heart sign languages in order to grow in Christ and to share what they learn with others. Pray that they will remain faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ and will not become discouraged due to the time and effort required. Pray that the stories will be clearly understood by Deaf.
