…The call to prayer….
Wow…..thank you all for praying. I have felt God’s presence very strongly these past couple days. Day 1…Adore Him, I felt God’s presence all day in such a joyful manner. I was out all day with a volunteer team from Mississippi and I had His peace surrounding me where ever I went all I wanted to do was thank and Adore Him. Especially thank him for the help that got my car to start on a dead battery. Day 2…forgivness of sins, that morning I was able to spend some time with the Lord and just sit with Him, I haven’t had time like that in a while it was so Good. I got to pray for the people of Kampala, my family and myself. Day 3…the TRUTH will set you FREE, today I traveled to Kenya and it was a 12 hour trip and in that time I got to just look out the window at God’s people and see their smile and it warmed my heart. God is giving me a heart for these people, that I might be able to share His truth in a loving manner. When we were crossing the border I ran into a little boy who was trying to sell me some bananas, and come to find out he was Muslim. I began to share the truth that Allah and Mohammad can do nothing for him, cause God still see’s his sin…. I let that resonate with him and then had to leave with my caravan of 18 mzugus (white people).
So all that to say that God is definitely doing a work in heart that I might better serve His people and you all play the lead role in that. Where the battle is fought is on our knees, that is where all the action happens, not in Florida, nor in Africa, BUT ON OUR KNEES!! Thank you for going to battle with me for the country of Uganda.
