Through the afternoon tutoring program conducted at Albany Baptist Church good relationships have been built with 45 Xhosa children and youth. Pray that each one will see Christ in the Hands On missionaries and will commit their lives to Him.

I just wanted everyone to know that I need your prayers as I start discipling those who made decisions for Christ. I had asked you to pray for Junior's brothers and sister's salvation. On Saturday afternoon Patrick and Kevin prayed to receive Christ. It was amazing. I will have to tell you more about it some other time. I also have a man named Alain who is already a Christian and wants to be discipled.

Port Elizabeth, South Africa - Jay Dannelly & Chris Reasoner
Well we (Jay and Chris) helped to paint the church in Shauderville that we are being apart of. It has very high ceilings and it was interesting trying to reach up to the top. We spent the entire Sat. from 9am to 8pm w/ a group of 6 men.
The first time we went to the youth group meeting on friday night's at Shauderville Baptist it was interesting. They had several ice breaker activities to get us comfortable w/ them. First we had to get w/ a partner who we did not know and together eat an apple w/ out using our hands. Then we had to peel bananas w/ our feet. After that all the newcomers, which was mainly Chris and Me, had to play some other games. We got to know each other fairly quickly and have become good friends.
Cape Town, South Africa
Continue to pray for the Hands On Team, 4 college age young adults, in Cape Town. The team is beginning to build relationships and is able to share their testimonies with some of the young adults they are meeting in the "City Bowl" area of Cape Town, which is in the inner city area of Cape Town. There are many university students in the area and all of the universities are back in session now, making it easier for the team to meet young adults. Pray that many will be open to the words they share
Eastern Gauteng, South Africa
-The Eastern Gauteng Evangelism Team is currently hosting two "Hands On" teams ministering in the inner city and northern suburbs of Johannesburg, South Africa. God is opening doors for ministry in these areas and EGETeam praises the Lord for these blessings. Pray the "Hands On" volunteers will be able to establish home cells during their time of ministry. Also, one of the "Hands On" volunteers received word his US bank account had been "wiped out" possibly from fraud. Pray this problem will be "sorted out with a good outcome for the volunteer and without much emotional turmoil. Pray the Lord will provide comfort concerning this situation.
